Nature of Services

TheVati Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. provides professional services that are customized, project-based, and contract-driven. Our service categories include:

• Product & Creative Design (e.g., book cover, branding material, layouts)

• Publishing Support (e.g., formatting, ISBN assistance, eBook creation)

• Consultation Services (e.g., publishing strategy, business advisory)

• Project Management (e.g., campaign setup, digital workflow)

• Contractual & Operational Work (as agreed under scope of work)

All services are tailor-made to client needs and may vary in scope, timeline, and deliverables based on specific agreements.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and contractual nature of services:

• No refund shall be applicable once work has started or internal resources have been allocated to your project.

• A partial or full refund may be issued only if TheVati Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is unable to deliver the service due to internal limitations, operational delays, or failures arising solely from our side.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: All refund requests will be reviewed individually by our operations team and are subject to final approval.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your service within 24 hours of placing an order or making payment, only if the work has not commenced.

• After 24 hours, or once execution has started, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

• In case of pre-approved cancellation (if applicable), a processing fee and deduction for any work already completed may apply.

Service Delivery & Timeline

Each service category follows a specific timeline, which is shared at the time of onboarding. Examples include:

Shipping & Delivery

As a service-based company, we do not ship any physical products. All deliverables are shared digitally via email, download links, or cloud access.
In the rare case that physical dispatch is required (e.g., printed reports or certificates), delivery timelines and courier charges will be shared separately.
